 Why should I used a limo service instead of a regular cab?

First, our rides are more comfortable. You and your family or coleagues will be riding in late model Lincoln Town Cars, vans, SUVs or limousines. Second, an average round trip ride in a cab from the airport to a Disney Resort, for example, will cost more than $ 120 not counting paid stops and possible traffic jams, while our Town Car service is $ 105. Pay less for a better service is a good deal, don’t you think?

Do you offer transportation services only inside Orlando?

No, we will gladly take you to and from anywhere in Florida, as long as there is a stop in Orlando.

How do your reservations work?

The sooner you fill the online reservation form, the better. We usually ask you to do that with at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, but we will do our best to confirm any reservation. If you get our confirmation e-mail or phone call, we will be there to pick you up, but if you do not receive our confirmation e-mail or if you have to make any changes in your reservation, please contact us at (321) 231-2150, as early as possible.

Do I need a credit card to hold my reservation?

Credit card information is optional for Town car, van or SUV services inside Orlando, while required for any out of town or limousine services. Whenever the credit card information is provided, the charge will occur 24 hours prior to the pick up time. Cancellation information below.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? And what if my flight is late?

Cancellation fees apply if the cancellation information is provided with less than 24 hours to the pick-up time. The penalty is 50% for round trips and 100% of your one-way reservation for any no show.
We do not charge extra for late or early pick-ups, as we will be screening your flight, but if the flight was missed or cancelled, cancellation or reescheduling fees may apply.

Where do I meet the driver?

If the pick up is due at an airport, we provide “Meet and Greet” service at no extra cost. Just go the baggage claim area and the driver will be there, holding a sign with your name. In case you can’t find the driver, please call (321) 231-2150 for instructions. If the pick-up is not due at the airport, we will provide meeting instructions on the reservation confirmation e-mail. In general, we will be at your door 2 hours and 15 minutes before your (domestic) flight is expected to leave.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, and cash. Payments may be made to the driver or charged to the credit card provided in the reservation. Please note that our rates do not include gratuities to the drivers. Suggested gratuity is 20%. For Limousine and SUV services 20% gratuity will be added to the ticket.

How does your free grocery stop work?

In order to have a free grocery stop of up to 30 minutes you must request it in your reservation. Extra minutes will be charged at $ 1.00 per minute. If the grocery stop is not informed in the reservation, but still needed, the driver will do his best to accomodate your need, provided his schedule allows.
